I’m Jasmine, the visionary behind Heels and Hoops. While my roots trace back to Rochester, NY, I proudly call Columbus, Ohio, my home. I have a deep passion for wearing stylish high heels paired with hoop earrings, which inspired the name Heels & Hoops. My journey led me to create this brand to share my experiences and wisdom with others, helping them discover their worth and potential. The driving force behind launching my brand was apparent: to empower my fellow stiletto-loving queens and affirm their inherent value. I firmly believe that every queen harbors untapped potential waiting to be unleashed. My mission is to equip them with diverse solutions to kickstart their transformative journey towards healing and growth.

Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Embarking on a journey of healing and growth is a testament to resilience and determination. For me, it all began with the end of a 13-year-long relationship that had started when I was just 16. When that chapter closed, my entire world shifted beneath my feet. Long-term relationships can sometimes blur our sense of self; I found myself needing to rediscover who I was and define my own standards, morals, and principles. Taking time for introspection allowed me to welcome challenges as opportunities for personal development. Each hurdle revealed a new facet of myself that I could refine and improve, shaping me into a better individual. Through deep reflection, I uncovered areas where I could grow, realizing that it’s crucial to acknowledge our roles in relationships rather than solely blame others.

I specialize in content creation and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on storytelling and engaging audiences across various platforms. I’m known for creating relatable and impactful content that resonates with people on a personal level. This book explores the benefits of waking up early and making the most of our mornings for personal growth.
